Augmented Reality with Anamorphic QR Codes?!

This is really our first foray into using mobile-tech for an experimental language project. 

Anamorphic QR Codes (pictured) painted on locations across the city, provide a gateway to a new Augmented Reality Texts, remixing and re-envisaging the language of Liverpool's rich heritage.

This is a new commission for artist and coder Scott Spencer. By taking a picture of his specially-painted codes, people will access 3D text artworks on their phones, which playfully use text-collage techniques to create poetic juxtapositions of text and image in real contexts across the city.
