This week we'll be heading south for the first in a new season of Homework, the literary cabaret based in east London. John Osborne is the star at tomorrow's event at the Bethnal Green Working Men's Club, reading from his new book, Radio Head. An anecdotal journey up and down the dial of British radio, you can hear passages from it previewed on Radio 4's Book of the Week.

Also on the bill: the brilliant Tim Key (verse correspondent on Charlie Brooker’s Newswipe), plus Mercy Recommends contributors Tim Clare, Ross Sutherland and Chris Hicks. Suffice to say at £3 in you won't find a more wallet-friendly literary happening of equal quality anywhere else. Show starts 7.30pm - see you there!
