Nickie McCubbings work at the Liverpool Embassy
INFO:
Liverpool Vision asked us to contribute to the creative industries launch of the audacious Liverpool Embassy. We curated and installed an exhibition reflecting on the fact that Liverpool is "instantly recognisable, and yet worth a second look"
We took exhibits by Laurence Payot, Nicki McCubbing, Scott Spencer and Emily Speed, and created a special bit of illusive art-print with the De Certeau phrase "The metaphysical city slips into the text of the readable city" for our light-hearted alter-portrait of the Liverpool scene.
Thanks to Jon Barraclough for his support with this.
TESTIMONIAL:
“We really appreciated the effort you went to, in a the face of a(seemingly) impossible deadline. Your response is a testament to the professionalism and creativity of the Mercy team. It was a pleasure working with. I hope we can again.
